Welcome to Art Studio Allestra LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, programs, webinars, workshops, digital materials, educational resources, and services. By using this website, registering for a program, purchasing a product or service, submitting a form, or accessing any Art Studio Allestra LLC content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase or participating in any program.
1. About Art Studio Allestra LLC
Art Studio Allestra LLC is a professional incubator for artists offering career education, artist development programs, workshops, webinars, networking opportunities, portfolio-related services, and professional growth resources designed to help artists build sustainable creative careers.
We focus on the professional and business side of an art career, including branding, licensing, marketing, portfolio presentation, audience development, career strategy, and industry readiness. We do not provide academic degrees, academic credits, continuing education credits, or professional certifications unless specifically stated in the program description.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content, programs, webinars, workshops, courses, downloads, templates, recordings, materials, and resources provided by Art Studio Allestra LLC are for educational and informational purposes only.
Art Studio Allestra LLC does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice. Any information shared through our programs should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals. You are responsible for consulting appropriate legal, financial, tax, or professional advisors regarding your specific situation.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Art Studio Allestra LLC provides education, guidance, frameworks, resources, and professional development opportunities. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
Sales
Income
Licensing deals
Gallery representation
Collector relationships
Press coverage
Exhibition opportunities
Social media growth
Business growth
Career advancement
Portfolio acceptance
Scholarship, grant, or residency success
Your results depend on many factors, including your artwork, goals, experience, effort, consistency, pricing, positioning, market conditions, communication, follow-through, and outside opportunities. By participating in our programs, you understand that outcomes are not guaranteed.
4. Program Registration and Payment
Registration is only confirmed after payment has been successfully completed, unless otherwise stated in writing by Art Studio Allestra LLC.
Program descriptions may include dates, times, format, guest speakers, materials, recordings, bonuses, or other access details. Please review all program information carefully before purchasing. You are responsible for making sure the program, schedule, and format are appropriate for your needs before registering.
Prices, availability, program structure, and included materials may change at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed purchases unless a material program change is necessary.
5. Return, Exchange, Refund, and Credit Policy
Because Art Studio Allestra LLC offers live events, digital content, downloadable resources, limited-seat programs, and time-based educational services, all sales are generally final.
Returns
We do not offer returns on program registrations, digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, templates, worksheets, educational services, or completed purchases unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
Participants may request to exchange their registration for another eligible Art Studio Allestra LLC program within 7 days of purchase, provided the original program has not started and materials, recordings, downloads, or other resources have not been accessed or delivered.
If the new program is of equal value, we may transfer your registration at no additional cost. If the new program has a higher price, you are responsible for paying the difference. If the new program has a lower price, the remaining balance may be issued as a gift card credit for a future eligible Art Studio Allestra LLC program or service.
Exchanges are subject to approval and availability.
Credits
If you are unable to attend a program, you may request a 100% credit toward a future eligible Art Studio Allestra LLC program within 7 days of purchase, provided the program has not started and digital materials, recordings, downloads, or other resources have not been accessed or delivered.
Approved credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date. Gift card credits have no cash value and may only be used toward eligible Art Studio Allestra LLC programs and services. Credits may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash without written permission.
Cash Refunds
Cash refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase only. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 5% administrative and payment processing fee.
No cash refunds will be issued after a program has started, after digital materials have been accessed or delivered, or after the 7-day refund period has expired, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Digital products, downloads, templates, worksheets, study materials, recordings, replays, and other digital resources are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available to you, unless otherwise required by law.
Digital resources are provided for personal educational use only. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, uploaded, distributed, taught from, modified for resale, or resold without written permission from Art Studio Allestra LLC.
7. Recordings, Replays, and Access Periods
Some programs may include recordings, replays, worksheets, slides, templates, or other materials. Access to these materials depends on the specific program purchased and will be stated in the program description when applicable.
If a recording or replay is included, access may be limited to a specific period. Art Studio Allestra LLC does not guarantee lifetime access to recordings, materials, or program resources unless specifically stated in writing.
Participants are responsible for accessing materials during the stated access period.
8. Missed Sessions
If you miss a live webinar, workshop, class, or session, you are not automatically entitled to a refund, credit, exchange, transfer, or rescheduled session.
If a recording is included with your registration, you may access the replay during the stated access period. If no recording is included, you may contact Art Studio Allestra LLC to ask whether alternative arrangements are available. Alternative arrangements are not guaranteed.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling by Art Studio Allestra LLC
Art Studio Allestra LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify a program, event, class, webinar, workshop, guest lecture, or service when necessary.
If we cancel a paid program, participants may be offered a refund, digital gift card credit, transfer to another program, or access to a rescheduled date, depending on the circumstances.
If a program is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, please contact us to discuss available options. Refunds, credits, or transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
10. Guest Speakers and Program Changes
Art Studio Allestra LLC may work with guest speakers, lecturers, industry professionals, artists, educators, or other contributors. Guest speakers, topics, schedules, curriculum, format, materials, location, and program details may change when necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of significant changes. A change in guest speaker, topic order, format, or schedule does not automatically qualify a participant for a refund unless otherwise required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Art Studio Allestra LLC, including but not limited to website text, program materials, slides, recordings, videos, audio, graphics, worksheets, templates, frameworks, lesson plans, exercises, downloads, written content, branding, logos, images, and educational resources, is the intellectual property of Art Studio Allestra LLC or the applicable content creator.
Purchasing or registering for a program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
You may use program materials for your own personal educational and professional development only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, publish, teach from, adapt, modify for resale, license, or sell any Art Studio Allestra LLC content without prior written permission.
12. Limited License for Participant Use
When you purchase or register for a program, Art Studio Allestra LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal educational purposes only.
This license does not permit you to:
Share materials with others
Post materials online
Use materials to teach your own class
Resell materials
Create derivative educational products from our materials
Record live sessions without permission
Copy or distribute slides, templates, worksheets, or recordings
Use Art Studio Allestra LLC branding without permission
Violation of this section may result in removal from programs, loss of access, and possible legal action.
13. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to act respectfully and professionally during all programs, workshops, webinars, classes, events, online spaces, and communications.
Art Studio Allestra LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in behavior that is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful to other participants, guest speakers, staff, or the learning environment.
Removal due to misconduct does not guarantee a refund, credit, transfer, or exchange.
14. Privacy and Confidentiality in Programs
Participants may share personal artwork, career goals, business information, creative challenges, or other sensitive details during programs. You agree to respect the privacy of other participants.
You may not share another participant’s artwork, comments, personal information, business details, portfolio feedback, images, recordings, or discussions outside the program without permission.
Art Studio Allestra LLC may remove participants who violate privacy or confidentiality expectations.
15. Portfolio Reviews and Individual Feedback
Portfolio reviews, critiques, individual feedback, advising sessions, mentorship sessions, or career strategy sessions are included only when specifically stated in the program description or separately purchased.
General registration for a program does not automatically include individualized review, mentorship, or private advising.
Feedback provided by Art Studio Allestra LLC or guest speakers is educational and subjective. It does not guarantee acceptance into exhibitions, galleries, licensing opportunities, residencies, grants, sales opportunities, or professional programs.
16. Payment Plans
Payment plans may be available for select programs or services. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments according to the stated schedule.
If a payment fails or you stop making required payments, Art Studio Allestra LLC may suspend or revoke access to programs, materials, recordings, live sessions, community features, credits, or future participation until your account is brought current.
Previously paid amounts are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
17. Student Discounts and Promotional Offers
Student discounts, promotional codes, early-bird pricing, scholarships, or special offers may be available for select programs. These offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Student discounts may require a valid current student ID. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless approved in writing.
Promotional offers have no cash value and may not be combined unless specifically stated.
18. User Submissions and Intake Forms
When you submit an intake form, contact form, application, portfolio, artwork, image, statement, testimonial, or other content to Art Studio Allestra LLC, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit the materials.
Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance into a program, confirmed booking, collaboration, speaking opportunity, portfolio review, or service.
By submitting materials, you grant Art Studio Allestra LLC permission to review them for the purpose of evaluating your request, providing services, communicating with you, or administering the program.
We will not knowingly sell your submitted artwork or personal materials as our own.
19. Testimonials and Participant Feedback
If you provide a testimonial, review, comment, feedback, or written statement about your experience, you grant Art Studio Allestra LLC permission to use it for marketing, educational, promotional, or website purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
We may edit testimonials for length, grammar, or clarity while preserving the general meaning.
20. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website, emails, programs, or materials may include links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, video platforms, social media pages, or external resources.
Art Studio Allestra LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, services, privacy practices, errors, outages, or actions of third-party platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
21. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its security, functionality, content, or operation. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, unauthorized copying, data scraping, spam, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website, programs, or materials if we believe these Terms have been violated.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art Studio Allestra LLC, its owner, instructors, guest speakers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from your use of the website, participation in programs, reliance on educational content, inability to access materials, technical issues, third-party platform failures, business decisions, career outcomes, or interactions with other participants.
You agree that your participation in programs and use of materials is at your own discretion and risk.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Art Studio Allestra LLC, its owner, instructors, guest speakers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website, participation in programs, violation of these Terms, misuse of materials, infringement of intellectual property, or harm caused to other participants or third parties.
24. Force Majeure
Art Studio Allestra LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, platform failures, labor disputes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unexpected events.

Art Studio Allestra LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website, programs, services, or materials after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
26. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, programs, services, or purchases shall be handled in accordance with applicable New Jersey law.
