What is Art Studio Allestra LLC?
Art Studio Allestra LLC is a professional development platform for emerging and mid-career artists. It is not an accredited art school or formal academic institution. Through in-person workshops, webinars, and professional resources led by invited industry experts and Stella Chang, Studio Allestra provides practical, real-world support to help artists make informed decisions and build sustainable creative careers.
Do you teach art painting techniques?
No. We focus on the business and professional side of an art career, including branding, licensing, marketing, portfolio presentation, audience development, and career strategy.
Who are your programs for?
Our programs are designed for artists, creatives, and creative entrepreneurs who want to strengthen their professional practice, grow their careers, and better position their work in the marketplace.
What types of programs do you offer?
We offer webinars, in-person workshops, bootcamps, guest lectures, and will roll out on-demand mini courses as digital downloads. Program formats, schedules, pricing, and included materials vary by offering. We do not issue academic credits, continuing education credits, or certificates unless specifically stated in the program description.
What is your return policy?
Because our programs include live events, digital content, downloadable resources, and limited-seat offerings, all sales are generally final. We do not offer returns on registrations, digital products, or educational services.
What is your exchange policy?
Participants may request to exchange their registration for another eligible Art Studio Allestra program within 7 days of purchase, provided the original program has not started and materials have not been accessed.
If the new program is of equal value, we will transfer your registration at no additional cost. If the new program has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new program has a lower price, the remaining balance will be issued as a gift card credit that may be applied toward a future Art Studio Allestra program.
What is your refund policy?
If you are unable to attend a program, you may request a 100% credit refund toward a future Art Studio Allestra program within 7 days of purchase, provided the program has not started and digital materials, recordings, downloads, or other resources have not been accessed or delivered.
Approved credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date. Gift card credits have no cash value and may only be used toward eligible Art Studio Allestra programs and services.
Do you offer cash refunds?
Cash refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase and are subject to a 5% administrative and payment processing fee. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
No cash refunds will be issued after a program has started, after digital materials have been accessed or delivered, or after the 7-day refund period has expired, unless otherwise required by law.
Are results guaranteed?
No. We provide education, guidance, and professional development resources, but results vary based on your goals, effort, experience, consistency, and market conditions. We do not guarantee sales, licensing opportunities, representation, income, or other specific outcomes.
Is your advice legal, financial, or tax advice?
No. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. Please consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation.
Will I receive recordings or materials?
It depends on the program. Please review the program description for details regarding recordings, worksheets, downloads, templates, bonus materials, and access periods.
Can I share webinar links, recordings, or materials?
No. All materials are provided exclusively for registered participants and may not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, uploaded, taught from, or resold without prior written permission from Art Studio Allestra LLC.
Who owns the program materials?
All program content, recordings, presentations, worksheets, templates, graphics, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Art Studio Allestra LLC or the applicable content creator.
Can guest lecturers or program details change?
Yes. We reserve the right to update speakers, schedules, formats, locations, curriculum, or program content when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of significant changes.
What happens if I miss a live webinar or workshop?
If a recording is included with your registration, you may access the replay during the stated access period. Missing a live session does not automatically qualify for a refund or credit. In some cases, guest lecturers may be willing to accommodate a future session or alternative arrangement. Please contact us to discuss available options.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfers may be approved before the event or program begins but are not guaranteed. Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to request a transfer.
Are digital products refundable?
No. Digital products, recordings, downloads, templates, worksheets, and other digital resources are non-refundable once purchased or accessed, unless otherwise required by law.
What if an event is canceled by Art Studio Allestra LLC?
If we cancel a paid program, participants may receive a refund, a gift card credit, a transfer to another program, or access to a rescheduled date, depending on the circumstances.
What if I cannot attend a rescheduled event?
Please contact us to discuss available gift card credits or future program dates. Many of our courses are offered on a recurring basis, and we will do our best to help you participate in a future session.
Can I request a credit for a future program?
Yes. Eligible credit requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before program access begins. Approved credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card that may be applied toward future Art Studio Allestra programs and services.
What if I am unhappy with a program?
We value participant feedback. If you are dissatisfied with a program, please contact us within 7 days and provide details about your experience. We will review your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans may be available for select programs. Please contact us or review the program registration page for availability and terms.
What happens if I stop making payments?
Access to programs, materials, recordings, community features, and other resources may be suspended until your account is brought current. Previously paid amounts are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes. Students may qualify for discounted pricing. Please email us with a valid and current student ID. We welcome students from high school, undergraduate, and graduate programs.
Are your programs private or confidential?
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information, artwork, business details, feedback, or discussions without permission.
Can Art Studio Allestra LLC remove a participant from a program?
Yes. We reserve the right to remove participants from any program, event, workshop, or online community for disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Refunds are not guaranteed in cases involving participant misconduct.
Can I use what I learn in my own teaching or business?
You may apply what you learn to your own career and business. However, you may not copy, reproduce, teach, distribute, adapt, or resell Art Studio Allestra LLC's proprietary materials, frameworks, templates, or educational content as your own.
